Nutrition - the basis

First of all, it is important to review your diet together in order to be able to optimize what could be done, so that it can be adapted to what you can eat, as well as according to your schedule! The famous " food rebalancing " 🤓

Sport - the boost

Sport, contrary to what one might think, only represents 20% of your results. So why do it, you might ask? Good question! Sport is above all there to work our muscles in order to avoid being sedentary and to age in good shape . It also allows you to let off steam and burn calories , but not that much... (depending on the sport but 1 hour = 300-400 Kcal) 😅

After rebalancing your diet, we will include in the programs, nutritional products that will be able to help you with your breakfast - hydration - snacks , as well as a plan to make your daily life easier! ✨

If you're interested in sports, we have plenty of solutions: Fit Club sessions from Tuesday to Saturday - Videos to do at home/on vacation , and for the more athletic, bodybuilding programs prepared by our qualified sports coaches! 💪🏻
